Provably Fair System
Every drop on POUFO is mathematically provable and transparent.
How it works
1 · Before you open
We generate a secret server seed and show you only its SHA-256 hash. The outcome is already locked in and we cannot change it afterwards.
2 · Your input
Your client seed goes into the calculation and you can change it any time. Without it we could not predict the outcome even if we wanted to.
3 · After you open
We reveal the server seed. Check that its hash matches the one you saw earlier, then recompute the roll below.
Formula: the first 13 hex characters of HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, "client_seed:nonce") are converted to an integer from 0 to 99,999.

Where the prices come from
Every skin is valued at its real market sale price (the median of recent completed sales on Skinport, refreshed every 6 hours; thinly traded items use several signals so one odd listing can't move the price). Each case price is its prize pool's expected value divided by 93%, and the RTP shown on each case is calculated from those prices. If any prize has no fresh market price, that case is paused instead of being sold on a guess.
