This service is prohibited for anyone under 18. We may require age verification and may close non-compliant accounts, withholding the funds involved as applicable law permits.

Risk disclosure

You will lose money on most openings. The target RTP is 93%, meaning that on average and over the long run 93 of every 100 dollars wagered are returned. The remaining 7% is the house margin.

Half of all openings return less than the price of the case. Large prizes have very low probabilities, published on each case.

Every opening is independent. There are no streaks, no “hot” cases and no system that improves your chances. Losing ten times in a row does not make the next one more likely to win.

This is not an investment and it is not a way to recover losses. Never deposit money you need to live on, or money you borrowed.

Warning signs

You spend more than you planned, or deposit again to chase what you lost.

You hide how much you are spending from family or friends.

You borrow, sell things or use money meant for essentials in order to keep playing.

You play to escape stress, anxiety or boredom, and find it hard to stop.

If any of this sounds like you, stop and seek help.

Staying in control

Set a monthly budget before you deposit and do not change it while playing.

Set a time limit. When it is up, log out even if you are down.

Never play while drinking, sleep-deprived or in a bad emotional state.

In Settings → Responsible gaming you can set deposit limits (24 hours, 7 days and 30 days) and start a cool-off from 24 hours to 6 months. Lowering a limit is immediate; raising or removing it takes 24 hours. A cool-off cannot be ended early, and during it you cannot deposit or open cases.

If you want us to close or suspend your account for a period, write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we will. A requested self-exclusion is not reversed before the period you asked for ends.

Where to get help

Argentina: free Responsible Gaming line 0800-444-4000 (national Ministry of Health).

Outside Argentina, look for your country's public gambling-harm service or speak to a mental health professional.

Talking to someone you trust is usually the hardest and most useful first step.
