You must be at least 18 years old. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time.

You may not use the service where this activity is prohibited by the law that applies to you. Knowing those rules is your responsibility.

One account per person. Acting on behalf of someone else, or opening an account to bypass a suspension, is prohibited.

Sign-in uses Steam OpenID. POUFO never receives or stores your Steam password.

You are responsible for the security of your Steam account and your Trade URL. Trade offers sent to the Trade URL you saved are treated as delivered.

Deposits are made in USDT through the payment gateway. Credited balance is denominated in USD and can only be used to open cases on this site.

Balance is not electronic money or a bank deposit, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Always send the exact amount shown at checkout, on the stated network. Funds sent to an expired order or over a different network may be irrecoverable.

The odds for every case are published on its page and add up to exactly 100%. Each prize occupies a fixed slice of the 0–99,999 range.

Outcomes use a provably fair scheme: before you open we publish the hash of the server seed; after you open we reveal the seed so you can recompute the roll.

A confirmed opening is final. Results are not reversed for change of mind, misclick or disconnection.

The target RTP of every case is 93%. That is a long-run statistical average, not a guarantee for any single opening or for your cumulative result.

Prizes are credited to your on-site inventory as a record of value. They do not imply that POUFO already holds that skin.

When you request a withdrawal, we source an equivalent skin (same item and wear) on a third-party marketplace and send it to you as a Steam trade offer.

Withdrawal requires a valid Steam Trade URL and a Steam inventory able to receive trades. Steam Guard may impose holds of up to 15 days, which is outside our control.

If we cannot source the skin within a reasonable time, or its market price moves abnormally, we may cancel the withdrawal and return the item to your inventory, where you can sell it for balance instead.

You can also sell any prize for balance on-site at the published rate without going through a withdrawal.

Automating openings, exploiting defects, manipulating prices, using payment methods that are not yours or are of illicit origin, and any attempt at money laundering are prohibited.

We may suspend an account and hold withdrawals while we investigate suspicious activity, and may close the account if a breach is confirmed.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We are not liable for acts of Steam, third-party marketplaces or blockchain networks, including policy changes, outages or trade restrictions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the balance available in your account at the time of the event.

We may amend these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and take effect on publication.

These terms are governed by the law of {{COMPANY_JURISDICTION}}, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the law of your place of residence.
